MABUHAY!
Let me just say, that beginning of this school year I have gotten to know more people. I have become friends with more people and have develop a strong relationship with current friends. However, this school year there are two people in particular (females) that I am honored to call as friends! They are none other than Brandy Rogers and Alyssa Bluhm.
Brandy Rogers
Let me see here.. I don't know where to start with Brandy! She is one of those people who you can talk to and ask advice about anything! She is one of those people that you can trust and rely on. Brandy is a volleyball and softball player and also a good Christian. She often tells me whats right from wrong! She is also a smart and talented young lady! Brandy and I have became good friends towards second quarter. It all started in AP US History class! As you all know, APUSH is one of those classes that you get homework in every night of the week!
Well, one evening I was working on APUSH and I got a phone call from someone. Not knowing whose number it is, I picked up and it happened to be her. She needed help with APUSH! Long story short, it all started in APUSH and since then, she has helped me and I have helped her and we have gotten to be really good friends! Not only do we have APUSH study sessions but also Pre-Calculus! Brandy and I talk about things that friends would talk about such as plans after high school. She said she is still undecided on what she wants to be, but whatever she want to achieve in life- college professor or a teacher she will be PHENOMENAL at it! I will not be surprised if one day I go on the news and I find out that she is the Governor of Indiana! She'll be good at it! Not only study sessions do we "hang out" but also going to the boy's basketball away games! Thanks you her and Alyssa, I pass all of my tests and quizzes, I am more focused and attentive in class and most of all, I have someone that I can trust, talk to about anything and call my "heroes"!
Alyssa Bluhm
Oh Alyssa! One of the most athletic & active people that I know! Alyssa is a tri-sport athlete! She plays volleyball, basketball and softball! On the top of that she is a good Christian! Like her best friend Brandy, she also often tells me whats right from wrong, and sometimes makes me feel bad about my actions. She is also a smart and athletic young lady! Alyssa and I have became good friends towards second quarter. It all started this winter with basketball. As you all know, I manage the girls basketball team! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Alyssa and I were good acquaintances in 7th grade through freshman year. I remember having one class with her freshman year, and one sophomore year. I never talked to her but I admired her and looked up to her. Since Brandy and I became good friends this year, Alyssa and I sorta had a good friendship too. Since managing the basketball team, I have strengthen my friendship with Alyssa. Aside from basketball, we do study sessions together and go to boys basketball away games. We have a heck of a good time! Alyssa and I are not as good friends as Brandy and I, but maybe one day we will? Who knows? I know that after high school she wants to be a physical education teacher (I think..). She will do a TREMENDOUS job at it! However if one day she is on television on her own fitness show, I wouldn't be surprised! But, whatever it may be I'm sure she'll be good at it! Thanks to her and Brandy, I have enjoyed high school even more, I have been getting good grades in Pre-Calculus and most of all, I have someone to look up too as one of my "heroes"!
I specially thank God for giving me the opportunity to have a strong and good relationship with these two ladies! Who happens to be very good best friends! I am also blessed that these two are in my life, who I can rely to on pretty much anything! I know that after high school we will all go our ways. I probably won't get to see them both, but I know that they will be successful one day and will keep remaining best friends forever! I just hope that when the time comes, in maybe 15 years, they wouldn't forget me, but I highly doubt that. It's fine though, at least I got to know them, work with them, hang out with them, and before they get famous, I am specially glad that I had the privileged to call them friends!
