A Good Day with my madre!

WELCOME!

So today, my mom and I spent some son- mother time together! We went to an auction here at Lehman Park and picked up some new things!

Here is an antique chair we bought for $5.00. Of Course I had to argue with the other person about it, in the end, i won!

Now all we need to do is find a place to put it in.

Here is another little cabinet that we bought for $15.00. The Last Supper we brought back from the Philippines, and the candle we bought here, and the two vases- well we bought that at an auction couple of years ago.

Hope you're having a great weekend!

So Long Enero!

WELCOME!

So, their has been many happenings in the past week, since I uploaded my blog. For once, I have been stuck at home doing homework, and watching the snow fall and pile up my drive way (which sucks cause I have to plow it every hour or two!!). Now, the bad part about the last couple of days was Wednesday. After Religion CLass, mom and I was heading home, and about half a mile from Trinity the car broke down! It sucked so bad cause it was cold, the gas tank was almost out, and it was dark outside! Who knows, something might have ate me!! THank God iM still alive!

We called dad around 9:15 and told him we broke down, and he said he will be there in abotu 25 minutes, turns out he stopped for gas, and bought stuff at the gas station, so mother and I had to sit their and wait! Semi's after semi's after semi's pass by and if freaked me out! Then when dad got their, took us about an hour or two to fix it and we got back home around 12am. What a good way to spend their Anniversary.

Then yesterday during lunch, i went to get my lunch, and Kevin and Kris told Landon (Lauren's oldest brother) to sit their, so I was ticked! So i eventually got my seat back and we sat and ate. While he was sitting in front of me, Kris told me to tell her brother that his sis and someone in my grade kissed and dated during summer break, and boy was he shocked! I think he told his mom, but i don't know what happened, it's none of my business.

Then during lunch, their was Haley Bell all freaked out and stuff about to fight someone and it didn't happen cause Trent Lehman stepped in! So then during the end of the day after the bell rang and it was time for us to go home, she almost got in a fight with Fallon Lamb some new kid on my grade! Wow, I tell you, Wow!

So after that they said they were going to fight at the park at exactly 4. Kris and I showed up at 3:50 and no one showed up cause Haley backed up cause someone called the cops! Then Kris and I waited for my sister to get back form school and a police officer randomly questions Patterson and me. He asks us what we are doing and stuff and were like nothing, but we were freaking out!! THen when my sis got from teh school, we went straight home! Scared! The cops kept patroling til about 11pm!

What A day i tell you! What a month also! I mean really, this month is a couple of days from being over. So Long Enero! So Long!

Have A Great Weekend!

Pro-Life

WELCOME!

Today marked the 38th year of the Roe vs. Wade case in the Supreme Court, legalizing Abortion. As a firm and strong believe of the Catholic Church, I support it's laws and rules. I am 100% AGAINST it! It is just wrong. So today, Catholics and Christians from around the country, gathered at Washington D.C. for the Annual March For Life. I was going to go, but I couldn't because we had school. So instead I recorded all the shows, that had everything to do with it. I noticed today at the news that all press ignored the march and some saying it was "pointless". To me, it's an honor and privilege to be marching and to be sacrificing my day to go against something I am really against.

Let the Pro- Life March for Life begin!

Please Pray for an end to Abortion

Skyping with Hannah and Shelby!

WELCOME!

Ok- so yesterday might have been one of the longest weeks ever, even though we didn't have school on Wednesday due to snow. Anyways, today was a pretty good day. I went to my classes, did my homework and school work, actually paid attention to English Class and actually learned something in Algebra.

Once I got home, I was happy because it was the weekend, but I wasn't all excited because Stardust is tonight. I mean Hannah has been getting me to go to Stardust all week last week but i told her no. Not to be mean or anything to the Student Government, but still- spending 7 bucks, plus you have to buy a tie and suit or tuxedo- no thanks.

I don't exactly know why I'm not going, because when I asked my friends all they said was its a waste of money and stuff so yeah. I kinda agree with them. So last night I stayed up until 11:45 skyping with Hannah! She got me to make a skype account just so she could talk to me cause she never talks to me at school anymore because we don't have any classes together. We had some of the weirdest conversations ever!

Shelby joined us earlier around 9, but she was tired and left around 11. I told them i was leaving around 11:15, but Hannah kept telling me "please von 5 more mins". So i stayed and ended up staying til 11:45, and when I woke up in the morning I got up at around 6! No 5:30- Hannah if you're reading this, thanks!

Have A Great Weekend!

White Out!

WELCOME!

Today has probably been one of the coldest days of the year by far. Today it was snowing so crazy it was ridiculous! The roads were covered with white blankets of snow, people plowing their driveways, and its just very bizzare.

So, when we got home from school, this is what my sisters and I did.

Michelle, being an "ice" princess as she called it

Then mom brought out hot chocolate for us!! Yipee! If school is cancelled tomorrow, then we will probably go outside and make a huge snowman or a fort, but for now, im happy to be inside. Eating chili and crackers, enjoying the warm heat!

Keep Warm this season!

Hope you Have A Great Day!

Hooray for Puppy Chow!

WELCOME!

Today has been one of the greatest Saturdays. For once, I went to Saint Sebastian's in Ohio for the First Friday/ Saturday Vigil all-nighter. Now this isn't a typical all- nighter as in you go bowling, and then eat around midnight and do whatever, nope this is different. This all- nighter is an Adoration. After the 9pm Mass, you sit their and talk to Jesus present in the Eucharist. With that said, lets get back to my post.

So, I got home at around 9am. When I got home, no one was awake, everyone was still in bed. So what I did was I got some coffee to drink, and I went outside to plow the driveway. Mom and Dad decided to go to Fort Wayne, so I stayed home with my two sisters. We had a fun day!

They said they wanted some puppy chow, so I made them some. Now- you're thinking, Von cooking? yeah right. I was suprised myself when I made it. We looked up a couple of recipes and it took us about 20 mins to find the right one.

So I did as the instruction told me, and then I made it. I was the first to taste it, and I thought it was good. Then Michelle said it was great and Faith said, not bad for a first time. After doing that, we found a movie on HBO or was it Starz? and we sat their and watched it while eating the chow.

Then, after the movie, I did the laundry, and cleaned. Took down the Christmas Tree, and stuff and had time to take a nap. Since I haven't gotten any sleep for about almost 18 hours, that 2 hour nap really helped! I wanted to go to the game, but I overslept, plus parents wasn't home yet. When Mom and Dad got home, they brought us pizza and then we prayed the Rosary. Day well spent! :)

Have A Great Weekend!

2010- year filled with memories!

WELCOME!

So, it's been forever since I updated my blog! Ok so this post will be for the the New Year. Anyways, I haven't updated my blog in a couple of days because I haven't had the time to do it. I have been in and out of the house, cleaning, and going to church lately.

2010 was a year full of memories, joy, laughter, and adventures! From Marching Band season to Friday Night Football! From Seattle to Vancouver to Calgary! Oh yes! It was a year well spent!

This 2011 I am ready to make new adventures, and memories! I am ready for Marching Band, my sophmore year in school, and traveling! I am ready to hang out with friends again during the summer, Swiss Days and more Football games! Oh Yeah! What a year I tell you!

This 2011, I am making a resolution (as I do every year). This year my resolution is to lose weight (I lost 10 pounds in 2010 but gained 5 over the Holiday Season) :(, and my other resolution is to pass all my classes with at least a B-.

I wonder what this year will bring? We'll just find out and see :)

Have A Great Day!
